Sean founded Erskine Nash in 2007 following a career of 20 years that spanned financial services, logistics and airport operations. His roles included front line operational management, project management and people development. As a result his style is lively, engaging and very pragmatic. Above all his emphasis is on rapid application to the workplace.
Sean has worked in the USA, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia. A Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development, he has a BSc in Applied Psychology and is licensed to use FIRO-B and OPQ psychometric tools plus the Human Synergistics range of tools for assessing organisational culture.
Sean lives in South West London, is married and has two sons. He enjoys hill walking, sailing and skiing - but not as much as he’d like!
Mark has over 30 years experience in the automotive industry working for world-leading brands including Aston Martin, BMW, Ferrari and TESLA. With a strong background in engineering and electronics, his career path later took him into areas including the organisation of aftersales support, logistics and marketing functions.
He set up TESLA’s after-sales operation across Europe, advised BMW following their acquisition of the Mini brand and, while working for Ferrari, helped Fiat to re-introduce Maserati to the UK.
Mark combines a logical, calm and practical approach with a good grasp of the commercial realities of the automotive sector. He has a genuine interest in the current and future challenges faced by the sector, an engineer’s curiosity to find new solutions plus a marketer’s concern for customer requirements and relationships with a brand.
Living in SW London with his family, Mark’s pastimes include building, restoring and racing motor vehicles.
Melda built an international career with L’Oreal Group in Turkey, France and the UK. Alongside considerable experience in coaching and facilitation, she also managed corporate projects on employee engagement, performance management and leadership development.
Melda is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach, a Psychologist, an NLP Master Practitioner and holds an MA degree in Organisation Studies from Warwick Business School. She also advises organisations on Anglo/Turkish culture and business development.
Melda lives in London and offers career coaching to individuals who are longing for new and/or more fulfilling careers.
Adrian's early career in the City included time as a leading equity analyst with firms including Goldman Sachs and SBC Warburg (UBS). He then served as a Director of Strategy with a national telecoms provider before moving to working in venture capital.
More recently he has worked as a coach and facilitator for both individual executives and teams, with a focus on Legal, Financial and Professional services clients.
His style is reassuring, positive, pragmatic and future-focused, tuning the level of challenge to suit each individual in the most productive way.
Adrian is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF) and is a Business Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). He is accredited in Clean Coaching for Leadership and holds a Certificate in Systemic Organisational Practice.
Adrian lives in rural Wiltshire but is often found on the train to or from London.
Andrew is an ex-Army Officer. He joined the Army in 1993 and served for 21 years, gaining wide experience as a leader, trainer and Russian linguist. He has lived and worked in Turkey, Cyprus, Germany, Brunei and the Czech Republic. Since leaving the Army he has worked in leadership development across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Andy has an MBA, a Masters degree in the Management of Leadership Development and a PGCE. He is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development, a Russian Interpreter, an Institute of Leadership & Management Level 7 Executive Coach and an accredited Myers Briggs Type Indicator, Thomas International and SDI practitioner.
In his spare time Andrew plays golf and goes for long runs. He is a keen amateur actor and he lives in Knaresborough, North Yorkshire with his wife and two children.
Richard has over 25 years’ experience in consulting working in the UK, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and the USA. Before consulting, Richard’s career spanned financial services, retail and IT.
Richard is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development, a member of the Association for Coaching and is an Accredited Chartered Management Institute trainer. He is British Psychological Society Levels A & B accredited and is a licenced practitioner of MBTI, FIRO-B, DiSC, Talent-Q and the range of Human Synergistics tools for assessing organisational culture. He is also an NLP Master Practitioner.
Outside of work, Richard is a keen golfer. He can be tempted into the gym and lives with his family in West London.
Lesley has considerable experience at the sharp end, having led operational HR teams in Marks & Spencer and in the NHS. As a result she is both practical but also friendly and empathetic.
Like the rest of the team, Lesley has considerable international experience and has worked across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Lesley is an accredited Chartered Management Institute trainer and assessor, a Chartered Management Institute qualified coach and mentor and a qualified practitioner in Myers Briggs Type Indicator, SDI and FIRO-B.
Lesley is married, has three children and lives in Surrey.
Sarah Woolcott has extensive corporate experience and expertise having held various management and directorship roles at Unilever and BOC. Sarah’s leadership consulting work has brought her further experience with manufacturing, professional services, retail, property, petroleum and chemical industries on an international basis.
Sarah is a Myers Briggs Type Indicator and FIRO-B practitioner who specialises in helping managers and leaders understand their impact on the behaviour and motivation of their people.
Originally from Wales, Sarah is married to a Columbian and lives mostly in Cheshire!
Claire spent 25 years as a textile engineer and general manager, working in both the retail and manufacturing sectors of garment manufacturing. She lived and worked overseas for 20 years in Europe the Middle East, Asia and the Far East and offers extensive business management and multicultural expertise.
Claire has trained, placed and supported cross-functional teams across China, Egypt, Jordan, India, Indonesia, Madagascar, Maldives, Pakistan and Swaziland. She also now works as an International Communications Adviser for I-CAN Global and supports UK companies for the Department of International Trade (DIT).
Claire lives in Oxfordshire but continues to travel extensively both for business and pleasure.
Trudy has over 15 years' experience as a communications professional with a focus on strategic internal communications, employee engagement and communications to support change programmes. She has supported several leading organisations in industries including retail, hospitality, rail and construction.
Trudy has an MA in communication management and is a chartered and accredited member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR). She also works with their internal communications group, CIPR Inside to champion best practice across the sector.
Based in South East London, Trudy travels in her spare time and is attempting to learn photography.
