  • Sean Riches Erskine Nash Associates

    Sean Riches

    Sean founded Erskine Nash in 2007 following a career of 20 years that spanned financial services (Prudential), military logistics (British Army) and airport operations (BAA plc).

    His roles included front line operational management, project management and people development.

    Sean has worked in the USA, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia. Back home in London he has worked for over 12 years with Kings College London Business School.

    Sean lives in SW London, is married and has two sons. He enjoys hill walking, sailing and skiing - but not as much as he’d like!

  • Mark Bridges Erskine Nash Associates

    Mark Bridges

    Mark has over 30 years’ experience in the automotive industry working for world-leading brands including Aston Martin, BMW, Ferrari and TESLA.

    With a strong background in engineering, his career path later took him into areas including the organisation of aftersales support, logistics and marketing functions.

    He set up TESLA’s after-sales operation across Europe, advised BMW following their acquisition of the Mini brand and, while working for Ferrari, helped Fiat to re-introduce Maserati to the UK.

    Living in SW London with his family, Mark’s pastimes include building, restoring, and racing motor vehicles.

  • Karolina Haynes Erskine Nash Associates

    Karolina Haynes

    Karolina has worked for a broad range of companies from start-ups to multinationals, across technology, FMCG, legal and financial services.

    She’s supported senior leaders through major international transformations as well as building high performing teams.

    Karolina has an MSc in Human Resources Management & Organisational Analysis. She holds an Advanced Certificate in Executive Coaching amongst several professional qualifications and memberships.

    Karolina lives in Canterbury with her husband and son. She enjoys horse riding and skiing.

  • Lisa Smith Erskine Nash Associates

    Lisa Smith

    Since 2016, Lisa has offered a wide range of wellbeing programmes to businesses and individuals.

    She spent 10 years as a British Army Officer during which she travelled widely designing and delivering education. During her career she managed Army Education Centres in Germany and Hong Kong.

    Lisa helps organisations take practical steps to promote the health of team members and in doing so, develop a truly healthy workplace where people want to work and give their best. With a realistic approach rooted in her military career, she offers practical solutions in the areas of wellbeing and resilience.

    Lisa lives with her family, striving for a balanced life in lovely Pembrokeshire.

  • Richard Sivers Erskine Nash Associates

    Richard Sivers

    Richard has over 25 years’ experience in consulting working in the UK, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and the USA. Before consulting, Richard’s career spanned financial services, retail and IT.

    Richard is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development, a member of the Association for Coaching and is an Accredited Chartered Management Institute trainer. He is British Psychological Society Levels A & B accredited and is a licenced practitioner of MBTI, FIRO-B, DiSC, Talent-Q and the range of Human Synergistics tools for assessing organisational culture. He is also an NLP Master Practitioner.

    Outside of work, Richard is a keen golfer. He can be tempted into the gym and lives in West London.

  • Lesley Tune Erskine Nash Associates

    Lesley Tune

    Lesley works across the UK, Europe, Middle East and Africa in the field of personal, team and organisational development.

    She has worked for a range of organisations in the private, public and educational sectors including Marks & Spencer the NHS and Kingston University.

    Before life as a consultant Lesley had extensive management experience leading challenging operational HR teams in Marks and Spencer, delivering a wide range of HR services in store and head office environments.

    Lesley lives in Surrey with her husband.

  • Victoria Tiller Erskine Nash Associates

    Victoria Tiller

    Victoria has worked in the fields of Leadership, Organisation Development and Change for over 30 years.

    She has worked across the UK, Europe, and Canada, working in sectors from manufacturing to finance and healthcare with organisations such as Ford, RBS, Tesco. DHL and Arup.

    Victoria is a certified coach, a chartered member of the CIPD and is qualified in various psychometric tools including MBTI and Firo-B. She is a certified practitioner in Clear Leadership, Human Systems Dynamics and Coaching out of the Box.

    Now returned from Canada, she has settled in Buckinghamshire, where she enjoys country walks with her dog.

  • Andrew Stanley Erskine Nash Associates

    Andrew Stanley

    Andrew is an ex-Army Officer. He has lived and worked in Turkey, Cyprus, Germany, Brunei and the Czech Republic. Since leaving the Army he has worked in leadership development across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

    Andy has an MBA, a Master’s degree in the Management of Leadership Development and a PGCE. He is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development, a Russian Interpreter, an Institute of Leadership & Management Level 7 Executive Coach and is an accredited mediator.

    He lives in Knaresborough, North Yorkshire where he plays golf and is a keen amateur actor.
